The Global Problem Bank (GPB) is a resource center exposed to charitable foundations, religious and other organizations including independent groups and individuals around the world interested in helping solve individual and community problems.
GPB is where members would post their individual and / or community problems. The problems posted are categorized and each category carries its own case numbering system and a serial number for identification purposes. A member can log or post a problem using short video or audio or text with pictures. The duration for each posting is a year from the date posted. When a problem is posted, it is categorized as follows:
- Educational;
- Environmental;
- Health;
- Living Conditions;
- Social Welfare, and
- Other General
To post a problem one must first register to become a subscriber. Registration is free but there is a $5.00 administrative fee for posting up to 3 problems per year. As long as a subscriber does not post any problem they do not have to pay any administrative fee. None of the 3 problems posting rights is transferable to anyone else so subscriber cannot assign any of their 3 problem posting options to another, either to a community or to another individual. Every subscriber must be unique with direct contact address especially when they post a problem. Problems would be investigated before they are resolved. The problem solving organization or individual would be interested in dealing with individuals and communities directly. The only mediator is our administrators and we are not allowed to receive or be a custodian of any material for any of our subscribers. The benefit goes directly from the problem solving organization or individual to the subscriber who posted a problem. But our administrators are obligated to verify and confirm the authenticity of subscribers’ claim of an existing problem before the interested solving organizations and individuals can invest their valuable time and resources in responding to subscribers’ problems. So it is important not to use another person’s or community’s information to make claim. For community representation our administrators may ask for a number of records including notarized documentation to verify representatives of community problems.
Subscribers with genuine problems posted are expected to fill in all of the required information on the form and they would be contacted immediately an organization or individual is interested in helping to solve their problem. There is no guarantee that all problem posted would be resolve immediately or in the year in which the problem is posted. But there is guarantee that our administrators would make sure that every subscriber gets a fair chance and exposure. It is up to the resolving organizations or individuals to determine from the data base of problems banked what or whose problem they are willing to solve. But if more than one problem solving organization or individual interested in the same subscriber’s problem at the same time our administrators may ask one of them to take the same category of problem the wish to resolve for another subscriber but it is their choice to agree or not to. When problems are researched in their various categories the list would show problem on the first posted basis so no one problem would be highlighted or given priority over another. Subscribers would not be able to see another subscriber’s postings. Only groups and individual registered as resolving organizations would have access to see subscribers’ problems. As a policy, there are no commercial activities; buying, selling, leasing or renting allowed on our website and no sexual explicit materials of any kind allowed. Also this is not where people seeking intimacy or marriage meets for anything along those lines. We do not receive or secure any material value for or from any of the parties involved. Negotiations for resolution to problems are strictly between the members who posted the problem and the organization or individual providing the solution to the problem. Once a problem is solved the subscriber and the resolving group are obligated to clear the problem by simply login to their respective accounts and click on “Problem Solved” and that would automatically remove the problem from GPB and transfer it to Global Resolution Bank (GRB) to be listed in the data base of our success stories. Subscribers may read disclosures under Global Resolutions Bank (GRB) to familiarize themselves with resolution policies and procedures for better interaction.
