Thepeopleshelpline.net also known as OFC Charity is the charity branch of Our Family Chess, Incorporated (OFCI), a not-for-profit corporation, registered and being operated in the United States of America. Out of sincere sense of respect for human rights, economic equality and deep compassion towards helping others, especially people in need around the globe, the concept of creating a global network for peoples and communities in need was born to provide a common database where they can bank their respective problems for other groups or individuals who may want to make a difference to reach out and simply give a helping hand can tap into as a resource center to search and find someone or some community in daring need. Towards this end OFCI is committed to making a difference by committing up to 33% of its annual net proceeds each year towards resolving some of the problems posted on thepeoplehelpline.com.

This network is perhaps one of a kind global interactive community base infrastructures with an objective to using the internet to make the world a small place, bringing people closer together to share and to help one and other in ways that makes people feel cared for, loved as well as meriting the right to better living conditions.

There are four main networking segments to this infrastructure by which the aims and objectives of the organization are address:

(1) The Global Problem Bank (GPB), where peoples and communities around the world bank their respective problems.

(2) The Global Resolutions Bank (GRB), where groups such as foundations, religious groups, other organizations such as OFCI, individuals, etc can research problems facing mankind in various geographical regions and select whose or  what problem or where and how to solve problems posted on GPB.

(3) The Global Offering & Acceptance Bank (GOAB), where individuals and groups wishing to give away any personal items can offer them for any of the members who needs the offer to accept, and finally,

(4) Global Donations Bank (GDB), where donations to thepeopleshelpline.net can be made by groups, individuals etc to help us help others and cover operational and administrative costs.

As a policy, there are no commercial activities; buying, selling, leasing or renting allowed on our website and no sexual explicit materials of any kind allowed. Also this is not where people seeking intimacy or marriage meets for anything along those lines. We do not receive or secure any material value for or from any of the parties involved unless circumstances permit. Negotiations for resolution to problems are strictly between the members who posted the problem and the organization or individual providing the solution to the problem. We are mediating by providing the resource that showcases the problem, exposing it to the outside world and providing the forum where it can be addressed to find resolutions. We do not guarantee the resolution of all problems. What we guarantee is that up to 33% of our annual net proceeds is committed to the resolution of any problems on GPB voted by our Board of Directors and we are urging all other organizations, profit and non-profit and individuals to reach out and provide at least a solution to someone’s problem around the globe through these initiatives. OFC is also committed to the collection of computers and distributing same in places where computers are needed to enhance and to facilitate people’s access to the internet and the use of computers.
